Your Guide: Olivia Clementine
For nearly twenty years, Olivia has been immersed in the exploration of relationships and spiritual nature.
She has worked with individuals, couples, and groups to cultivate relational capacities and self-understanding. Her practice engages a variety of modalities and fields, including Buddhist and Western psychology, neural re-patterning, embodied and experiential therapeutic methods, attachment and differentiation theory, as well as elemental and energetic medicine.
She has also studied philosophy and trained in meditation and yogic practice in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, including retreat and study with meditation masters in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Olivia spent a decade as a four-season farmer of botanical medicine, leafy greens, and flowers. She has formal clinical training and apprenticeships in several schools of medicine, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic, Cherokee, Western European, and folk medicine. Since 2014, she has formulated and offered a skincare and supplement line.
Olivia is the host of Love and Liberation, interviews in the fields of spirituality, ecology, culture, art, and relationship. Through a series of intimate conversations, the podcast shares insight and stories from spiritual practitioners, cultural custodians, and wisdom holders whose attention is focused on cultivating and embodying a mutually beneficial and meaningful world.

What happens after I enroll?
Immediately upon payment, you will have access to the year-long membership through the Login page.
You will then land on the first section that says Begin here that includes a Welcome Video where Olivia shares with you how to engage in the membership space.
How long does transformation take?
The answer depends on the depth of the habits or beliefs requiring transformation, and the extent of your commitment will determine how long it takes to replace these habits with a new way of being.
Once you join, you will receive recommendations of how to participate and how often in the area where you are evolving.
It’s helpful to remember two things:
– There can be unforeseen layers to unveil and liberate in the process. Therefore, be kind to yourself. You are a singular individual; therefore, the Membership experience will be personal for you.
– You may think you want one thing, but as you shift out of old tendencies, something else may become more aligned with the bigger, more genuine you.
The membership program is a year-long commitment for these reasons.
How much time do I need to give to this each week?
The program can easily be integrated into your daily life, requiring an average of 15-20 minutes a day 4-5 days a week.
Yet, there may be days or periods when you want to give more time to explore your history and patterns––or when you are moving through more challenging topics or moments in your life path.
What kind of support will I receive in this program?
The benefit of a self-guided program with 24/7 access is that you have constant access to everything at any moment in need.
When specific challenges or desires arise, you can drop into an array of pathways and an ever-growing pool of topics you can turn to for guidance and
support.
What is the significance of the subconscious mind?
Much of what directs your life towards what you do not want is invisible, as it is guided by your subconscious mind. If you do not alter the default programming of your subconscious mind, it will be set to the beliefs and behaviours you learned from in-utero through your childhood years.
The membership gives you access to this invisible under layer, allowing you to adjust it and realign your beliefs, perceptions, and embodiment to match who you actually are and what you actually want.
Through a range of re-wiring audios you can tune in from anywhere and engage regularly in brain and nervous system shifting work.
What are the payment options?
You can pay in full as a single annual payment, or pay monthly over 12 months at a slightly greater aggregate cost.
If you pay monthly, your form of payment will be automatically charged 30 days after your first payment for a total of 12 months. At the end of the year, you can re-subscribe to the membership to continue.
What is the refund policy?
Whether you register for the monthly payment plan or pay once for the year, the year-long membership program is non-refundable.
Should I engage in this program if I have untended trauma or unstable psychological states?
This work can bring up stored experiences and emotions, and it is encouraged to seek additional support when needed.
What do I need to participate in the membership?
You will need access to the internet and headphones to participate in the re-wiring meditations.
